Bituminous spray seal is All Pavement Solutions’ core business and is a specialised product required for many outcomes and solutions within the civil construction and infrastructure sectors. Our spray seal is carried out to R106 or the relevant specification, and within our quality assurance system complying with 9001 and Australian Standard AS 2008. We provide a full range of C170 hot sprayed bitumen products including all AMC products, emulsions, rubber seals and poly modified binders. We also design to RMS specification and a full range of seal designs from primer seals through to 2 coat seals as required for a full range of applications for road sealing.

Spray seal is most commonly used as a final wearing course (running surface), as well as prime, primer seals and primer binder to unsealed bases (waterproofing and reflective cracking absorption). We also provide services in the areas of re-seal and waterproofing membranes to bridge decks and flush seals for durability and extension of pavement life.

You may choose to use a single coat, single/double or a double/double seal depending on the expectation of the seal. Our experienced and skill technical team are at your disposal in offer of recommendation and technical advice on any of the treatments, based on your individual need.
